The remaining residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel using 0-100% EtOAc/hexanes to afford the product methyl (S )-3 -(1 -(2-( 1 -((2-amino-5-cyano-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)amino)propyl)-4- oxo-3 -phenyl-3 ,4-dihydroquinazolin-5-yl)piperidin-4-yl)propanoate 6.2n (21.0 mg, 0.04 mmol) in 63% yield. LC-MS (method 1): tR = 2.61 mi mlz (M+H) = 581.3.

This provided Example 351.1 (8.0 g, 85% yield) as an oil. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDC13) oe 8.58 – 8.49 (m, 2H), 6.86 (dd, J = 17.4, 10.6 Hz, 1H), 6.53 (d,J= 17.3 Hz, 1H), 5.70 (d,J= 10.6 Hz, 1H).
