EXAMPLE 41A Ethyl 3-aminothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine-2-carboxylate 5-Bromo-4-cyanopyrimidine (2.10 g, 11.4 mmol), prepared by the method of Yamanaka, et al., Chem. Pharm. MS (DCI/NH3) m/e 224 (M+H)+, 241 (M+NH4)+.
